老年人静脉血栓的特点与防治 被引量：5

摘要 静脉血栓是临床上一种常见的疾病,西方人群的年发病率为0.1%,美国每年有超过20万人患深静脉血栓（DVT）。我国尚无统计资料,一般的印象是低于西方人群,但临床病例日渐增多。约20%静脉血栓患者有血栓后综合征,易遗留慢性残疾;有10%患者并发肺栓塞,可能引起致命性后果。静脉血栓多见于中老年人,并随年龄增高而增多,大约每增加1岁,发病率增加1%。最近美国、法国与挪威对65岁以上人群的调查结果显示,
