摘要
目的探讨高尿酸血症与心脑血管疾病的关系。方法对107例急性心肌梗死患者、142例脑梗死患者、91例脑出血患者及同龄段对照者进行血尿酸(UA)测定。结果急性心肌梗死患者、脑梗死患者、脑出血患者血尿酸水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论高尿酸血症在心脑血管疾病的发生、发展中起一定的作用,是心脑血管疾病发病的危险因素之一。
Objective to study the relationship between heart cerebral von disease and serum uric acid. Methods The level of serum uric acid of 107patients with acute myocardial infarction , 142patients with cerebral infarction patients and 91patients with cerebral hemorrhagia were determined. Result The level of serum uric acid was significantly higher in the acute myocardial infarction, cerebral infarctionpatientscerebral hemorrhagia patients than in the controls （p〈0. 01）. ConelusionHyperurieemia plays a certain in development of heart cerebral von disease and it is an important dangemus factor for cardiovascular disease.
