摘要 研究了冷轧总压下率和退火温度对(Ti+Nb)-IF钢组织性能的影响,并采用EBSD技术对织构进行了分析。结果表明:当冷轧总压下率达到75%时,高温退火后r值可达到1.80以上,并随压下率的增大而上升;到85%时,r值达到最大值2.10左右,当冷轧总压下率达到90%时,r值开始下降。钢热轧板经80%压下率冷轧后,退火温度低于850℃时,r值随退火温度的上升而上升;850℃以上退火时,r值受退火温度影响不明显,r值保持在1.95左右。EBSD织构分析结果表明,经75%以上的大压下率冷轧后,再经850℃以上高温退火后,(Ti+Nb)-IF钢具有强烈的γ纤维织构。 The effects of cold rolling reduction, annealing temperature on microstructure and properties of (Ti + Nb)-IF Steel were studied. And the texture was analyzed by EBSD technique. The results show that, when total cold rolling reduction reaches 75% , the r value can reach above 1.80 after annealing at high temperature and increases with the cold rolling reduction growth until 85% , the r value reaches to 2. 10, then r value begins to decrease when total cold rolling reduction reaches 90%. After the (Ti + Nb)-IF steel hot rolling sheets were cold rolled by 80% reduction, at the annealing temperature below 850℃ , the r value increases with annealing temperature growth. The effects of annealing temperature on r value are not marked when annealing temperature is above 850℃ , then the r value maintains at about 1.95. The results of EBSD show that (Ti + Nb)-IF steel has intensive γ-fibre texture after cold rolled by above 75% reduction and annealed above 850℃.
