The Environmental-friendly Synthesis of 2-Thiophenecarboxylic Acid

摘要 以噻吩为原料,经吡啶溴氢酸溴盐溴化得2-溴噻吩,以新型的绿色溶剂2-甲基四氢呋喃为溶剂制备格氏试剂,再和原甲酸三乙酯加成、水解制得2-噻吩甲醛,最后以双氧水氧化得到2-噻吩甲酸。本方法环境友好,总收率达74%。 2-Thiophenecarboxylic acid was synthesized from thiophene through bromination with pyri- dine hydrobromide perbromide to give 2-bromothiophene, followed by Grignard reaction in MeTHF as a solvent, then reacted with triethyl orthoformate and hydrolyzed to give 2-thiophenecarboxaldehyde, finally oxided with H202. The synthesis technique was environmental-friendly with an overall yield of 74%.
