摘要
乳房再造不仅可以减轻由于乳腺癌手术所致的胸壁畸形，还可以改善患者的心理健康和生活质量。因而，在欧美国家，乳房再造已成为乳腺癌综合治疗的一部分。在亚洲，据韩国1996年—2004年的统计数据显示，接受乳房再造手术的乳腺癌患者比例已从5．2％上升到16．4％。在我国，也有越来越多的乳腺癌患者接受乳房再造手术。乳房再造技术的推广带动了乳腺癌外科手术的变革。尽可能多地保留乳房的天然结构将有助于改善乳房再造术后的美学效果，但由此也带来了肿瘤学安全性的问题。本文将就这一问题的研究进展进行分析。
