摘要
在pH3.55的KCl-HCl底液中,用单扫示波极谱法可以得到一个灵敏的盐酸氯丙嗪导数还原峰,其峰电位为-1.35V(vs.SCE).峰电流与盐酸氯丙嗪浓度在0.20~25μmol·L-1范围内呈线性关系,检测限为0.10μmol·L-1.对盐酸氯丙嗪在汞电极上的电化学行为特别是对其吸附性能进行了探讨.该法应用于样品中盐酸氯丙嗪含量测定,结果令人满意.
In a supporting electrolyte containing KCl-HCl at pH 3.55, a sensitive derivative reduction peak of chlorpromazini hydrochloridum was found by single-sweep oscillopolarograph.The peak potential is-1.35 V(vs.SCE). The relationship between peak current and the concentration of chlorpromazini hydrochloridum is linear from 0.20~25 μmol·L-1. The detection limit is 0.10 μmol. L-1. The electrochemical behavious of chlorpromazini hydrochloridum at Hg electrode and its adsorptive properties are also explored. The method is applied to the determination of chlorpromazini hydrochloridum in samples with satisfactory results.
