摘要
采用Ag+-MMT改性含羟基苯丙抗菌乳液。通过对含羟基苯丙抗菌乳液中Ag+-MMT的用量、热贮存稳定性,抗菌活性测试,确定的最佳的加入量为3%,并通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)等进行表征,并用SYNBIOSIS全自动微生物检测仪进行抗菌性能表征,实验表明,抗菌乳液有较好的乳液温度储存稳定性,较强的抗菌能力。
We have prepared the styrene-acrylic-butyl antibacterial emulsions with core-shell structure which were modified by Ag^+-MMT for the first time The level of Ag^+-MMT was 3%, The heat deposited stability and the antibacterial activity were characterized. The surface morphology and molecular structure were observed with transmission electron microscope(TEM), Antimicrobial properties were studied by SYNBIOSIS auto-detect microbe apparatus, It has shown optimum heat deposited stability and antibacterial activity.
