摘要
主要对UHMWPE(M-II)/HDPE(5000S)复合材料的流动性和力学性能进行了研究,主要包括要达到较佳的试验结果复合材料的模压成型工艺需要如何控制,以及成核剂对共混复合材料断裂强度的影响,和HDPE5000S、PE蜡用量对共混复合材料流动性及力学性能的影响.得到以下结论:共混物的流动性能和力学机械性能的变化并不随着HDPE5000S质量分数的变化单调变化,两者的变化趋势类似。成核剂ZnSt2的加入有利于两种聚合物共晶的形成,并使晶胞变小,从而显著提高复合材料的物理性能。小分子的PE蜡难以进入UHMWPE M-II高粘弹粒子中,不能有效的破坏UHMWPE分子链间缠结;但增加了HDPE分子链在UHMWPE中的分散。
The fluidity and mechanics performance of UHMWPE(M-Ⅱ)/HDPE(5000S) composite material were studied, including how to control molding PE-UHMW M-Ⅱ/PE-HD5000S composite material, and effect of nucleating agent on rupture strength of composite material, and influence of HDPE5000S,PE-Max dosage on fluidity and mechanics performance of PE-UHMW M-Ⅱ/PE-HD5000S composite material, the following conclusions: mechanical properties and of the flow properties of the Blend do not change with the changes of HDPE5000S fraction, but the two trend of changes were similar. Nucleating agent ZnSt2 addition made for the polymers eutectic formation, thereby significantly improved the physical properties of composite materials. The small molecule PE wax was difficult to enter the UHMWPE M-Ⅱhigh viscoelastic particles, but an improved the dispersion of HDPE in UHMWPE molecular chain.
