摘要
采用差示扫描量热(DSC)、解偏振光强度(DLI)和偏光显微镜(POM)等方法研究了含不同成核剂聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)的结晶行为。结果显示,成核剂的加入对PTT的熔融结晶温度、等温结晶速率和结晶形貌等均有影响。成核剂可在一定程度上促进PTT的结晶,其中滑石粉的效果最明显,苯甲酸钠的效果最差。
The crystallization behavior of poly(trimethylene terephthalate) (PTr) containing various nucleation agents was studied by means of Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), Depolarized Light Intensity (DLI) technique and Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM).The results show that the onset temperature of melting crystallization, isothermal crystallization rate and crystallization morphology are affected by the incorporation of nucleation agent. The nucleation agents can promote the crystallization of PTT and the talcum powder is the most efficient while the sodium benzoate the least efficient among the nucleation agents investigated.
