摘要
目的:研究荷正电微孔滤器对水中细菌的去除效果。方法:采用自制带正电微孔滤器,以大肠杆菌及大肠杆菌噬菌体f2为实验细菌和模拟病毒,通过正负电荷的相互吸引作用,进行荷正电微孔滤器对水中细菌、病毒去除效果的研究。结果:孔径为0.8~3.0μm的荷正电微孔滤膜和厚度为0.4~2.0 mm的荷正电滤板对水中大肠杆菌及大肠杆菌噬菌体f2有很好的去除效果,在一定条件下,去除率均可达到100%。结论:荷正电微孔滤器能有效吸附细菌、病毒,可用于水或其他水溶液中细菌的去除、分离、浓缩及检测。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of the positive charge-modified microporous filter in removing bacteria from water.Methods:The E.coli was used as experimental bacterium and the coliphage f2 was used as experimental virus.The filters made of the positive charge-modified microporous membrane and plate were used for removal of bacteria and virus from water by an electro-kinetic capture mechanism.Results:The positive charge-modified microporous membrane with a pore size 0.8-3.0 μm and the positive charge-modified microporous plate with thickness 0.4-2.0 mm had good officacy in removing E.coli and coliphage f2,with an efficacy being up to 100% under the experimental conditions. Conclusion:The positive charge-modified microporous filters could adsorb bacteria and virus effectively.They could be used for separation,removal,concentration and detection of bacteria in water or aqueous solutions.
