Cell cycle progression is regulated by a wide variety of external factors,in which reactive oxygen species（ROS） may play an important role.Many systems,including signal transduction cascades,protein ubiquitination and degradation,and the cytoskeleton,have been demonstrated to participate in the regulation of ROS on cell cycle progression.Therefore,further understanding of the regulation of ROS on cell cycle could provide important rationales for treating cancer and other diseases.
