摘要
细胞周期进程由多种外界因素调控,活性氧可能在细胞周期进程中发挥重要作用。细胞信号转导级联、蛋白泛素化及降解、细胞骨架以及细胞周期调控蛋白等系统都参与活性氧的细胞周期调控作用。深入了解活性氧的细胞周期调控作用对于癌症以及其他疾病治疗有着非常重要的意义。
Cell cycle progression is regulated by a wide variety of external factors,in which reactive oxygen species(ROS) may play an important role.Many systems,including signal transduction cascades,protein ubiquitination and degradation,and the cytoskeleton,have been demonstrated to participate in the regulation of ROS on cell cycle progression.Therefore,further understanding of the regulation of ROS on cell cycle could provide important rationales for treating cancer and other diseases.
