肾癌相关抗原G250-MN/CAⅨ在肾癌疫苗和免疫治疗研究中的应用 被引量:1

Renal cell carcinoma-related antigen G250-MN/CAⅨ:Application to renal cell carcinoma and immunotherapy study

摘要 肿瘤疫苗主要是通过肿瘤相关抗原,尤其是肿瘤特异性抗原,激活免疫系统产生针对肿瘤的特异性免疫反应来达到治疗目的。G250在肾细胞癌中的特异性表达使它成为肾癌疫苗潜在的靶抗原和肾癌免疫治疗的重要靶分子。本文主要针对以G250-MN/CAⅨ为特异性靶点的肾癌疫苗和免疫治疗研究进展作一综述。 Cancer vaccines can generate specific immune response to get goals of treatment mainly through activate the tumor-resistant antigen(TRA),especially anti-tumor specific antigen.G250 Gene specificity expressed in renal cell carcinoma suggest that this antigen be a potential immunotherapeutic target as well as potential target antigen for RCCs vaccines.This article aimed directly at the renal cell carcinoma vaccines and immunotherapy advances that G250-MN/CAⅨ as specificity target site to review.
