摘要
首先简要介绍了SEI的团队风险管理的主要思想以及基本流程;接着回顾了基于检查的软件发展过程技术的发展及应用;然后结合我国软件用户的实际情况,以及软件过程项目管理的现状,提出软件项目外包的基于检查的团队风险管理,以减少软件项目外包的风险,提高软件质量。
The main ideas and basic operation flow of team risk management simply are first introduced. Then the development and application of inspection-based software process technology are discussed. Finally a method system of inspection-based team risk management for software project outsourcing is bring forward, in the purpose of improving the quality of software.
