摘要
为了模拟雷电放电过程中产生的电磁脉冲场,建立了雷电模拟系统的等效电路模型,分析了各种电路参数对模拟器输出波形的影响;根据等效电路各参数,利用Marx发生器作为雷电电磁脉冲源,使用有界波模拟器作为场传输装置,研制了雷电电磁脉冲模拟系统,在有界波传输线内产生上升时间和半波宽度可变的双指数电场波,用来模拟雷雷击过程中产生的雷电电磁脉冲辐射场。测量结果表明,合理选择参数可以在有界波传输线内模拟1.2/50μs的雷电电磁脉冲远场电磁波;输出波形的峰值场强、波前时间和半峰值时间的变异系数表明该模拟器具有良好的重复性;并且传输线内峰值场强和Marx发生器充电电压有比较好的线性关系。
In order to simulate the electromagnetic field generated in the process of lightning surge,the equivalent circuit of the LEMP simulator is established,and the influence to the output waveform of each circuit parameter is analyzed.According to the circuit parameters,using Marx generator as lightning power source and bounded-wave simulator as a transmission line,a LEMP simulator is constructed and the electromagnetic field waveform with changeable rise time and half time is created in the bounded-wave transmission line which is used to simulate the radiation electric field during the lightning process. The experimental results show that: a LEMP field waveform with 1.2 μs rise time and 50 μs half time is formed under the bounded wave transmission line,if changing the circuit parameters more waveforms are created;the coefficient of variation of output wave parameters such as peaking filed strength,rise time and half time show that the repeatability of the LEMP simulator is very high;there is linear relation between the peaking field strength and the charging voltage of the Marx generator.
