颁奖理由:"嫦娥一号"充分展现了中国航天领域的强大科技实力,使中国站稳了"月球国际俱乐部"中的位置,而"嫦娥一号"的所有零部件都是自主研制的,其中就有济南的功劳,济南半导体四厂、济南市半导体元件实验所、中国兵器工业集团第五三究所、济南无线电九厂等参与"嫦娥一号"工程的济南企业,在"嫦娥一号"的成功发射上,立下了汗马功劳。

'Chang'e-1' fully displays China's powerful scientific and technological strength in the space industry, thus giving China a position in the 'Lunar International Club.' All the components of 'Chang'e-1' were independently researched and manufactured by China. Some Jinan-based enterprises participated in 'Chang'e-1' project, such as Jinan No. 4 Semi-conductor Factory, Jinan Experimental Institute of Semi-conduction Spare Parts, 53 Research Institute of China Weapon Industry Group, and Jinan No. 9 Radio Factory, performing exploits of valor in the successful launch of 'Chang'e-1'.
