摘要
通过对丽格海棠组织培养快速繁殖过程中的4个阶段即不定芽诱导、丛芽增殖、生根培养、入土移栽的试验研究分析,摸索出各个阶段的较适生长条件.筛选出诱导分化的最适培养基是MS+NAA0.1 mg/L+6-BA0.5 mg/L,诱导率为95.3%,适宜生根的培养基是1/2MS+NAA0.6 mg/L,生根率为95.33%.同时还对移栽方面进行了一定的研究,选出最佳的基质为蛭石与粗砂以1∶1比例混合,其成活率为86.6%.
Based on the four stages of the tissue culture of Begonia elalior, which were buds inducing stage, buds multiplication stage, rooting culture stage and transplanting stage, the paper summarized the suitable growth condition for the every stage, and selected appropriate culture mediums for inducing and rooting culture which was MS + NAA0. 1 mg/L + 6- BA0. 5 mg/L and 1/2MA + NAA0. 1 mg/L respectively. The perfect transplanting medium was vermiculite mixed with thick sand (1 :1).
