摘要
目的探讨肝细胞癌中Ezrin和Moesin的表达及其与肝细胞癌分化程度、恶性程度及侵袭的关系。方法以Edmondson分级法对肝癌组织分级,采用免疫组化法检测23例肝癌组织、癌旁组织和正常肝组织中Ezrin、Moesin的表达。结果①Ezrin、Moesin在肝癌组织、癌旁组织和正常肝组织中均有表达;②Ezrin在肝癌组织中表达显著高于癌旁组织和正常肝组织(P<0.01),肝癌组织中高侵袭组表达显著高于低侵袭组(P<0.05),并与Edmondson分级显著相关(P<0.01);③Moesin在肝癌组织中的表达显著高于正常肝组织(P<0.01),肝癌组织中高侵袭组与低侵袭组的表达差异不显著,而与Edmondson分级显著相关(P<0.01)。结论Ezrin在肝细胞癌侵袭和转移过程中可能发挥重要作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of ezrin and moesin and differentiation, malignancy and invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods According to the standard of Edmondson's classification of HCC, the expression of ezrin and moesin was detected in 23 cases of HCC, and para-cancerous tissues, and normal liver by the method of immunohistochemistry. Results (1) Ezrin and moesin expressed in HCC, para-cancerous and normal liver tissues respectively. (2) Compared with the the para-cancerous and normal tissues, the expression of ezrin was obviously higher in the HCC ( P 〈 0.01 ). Among all kinds of HCC groups, the expression of ezrin was distinctively higher in the low-invasive group than the high-invasive group ( P 〈 0.05), and it was correlated with the Edmondson grade ( P 〈 0.01). (3)Compared with the normal liver, the expression of moesin was obviously higher ( P 〈 0.01 )in HCC, but no difference between the low-invasive group and the high-invasive group ( P 〉 0.05 ), and the expression of moesin was correlated with the Edmondson grade ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Ezrin may have played an important role in the invasive and metastasis processes of hepatocellular carcinoma.
