摘要
分析了我国中小型合成氨厂的工艺特点和控制难点,提出了预测算法、自适应算法和PID算法相结合的控制方案。从硬件结构和软件设计两个方面给出了保证系统可靠性和实时性的有效方法。介绍了系统的构成和特点及在现场的应用效果。
The paper analyzes technological characteristics and control difficulties of the middle and small chemical fertilizer plants.The control plan based on predictive algorithm and adaptive algorithm and PID algorithm is proposed.To improve reliability and real-time of control system,effective methods are given in hardware structure and software programming.The constitution and the characteristics of system are introduced in detail.The application results are described in several chemical plants.
