摘要
目的总结股骨髁支撑钢板治疗股骨髁C型骨折的治疗效果。方法32例股骨髁C型骨折患者经髌外侧入路行切开复位、髁支撑钢板内固定。5例给予自体骨移植，术后早期进行功能锻炼。结果27例术后随访8～38个月，骨折全部愈合，无切口感染，疗效评定：优12例，良10例，可4例，差1例，优良率达81．5％。结论髁支撑钢板内固定治疗股骨髁C型骨折临床疗效令人满意。
Objective To conclude the therapeutic efficacy of buttress plate fixation for the treatment of C-type fracture of femoral condyles. Methods 32 cases of C-type fracture of femoral condyles underwent open reduction followed by buttress plate internal fixation through lateral patellar approach. 5 cases underwent autogenous bone transplantation in addition. Early functional exercise was performed postoperative. Results All fractures healed without incisional infection during 8 to 38 months follow-up. There were 12 cases of excellent, 10 of good, 4 of fine, and 1 of poor according to Koimest index. The fineness rate was 81.5%. Conclusion The buttress plate fixation for C-type fracture of femoral condyles is content.
