摘要
选用21日龄金定公鸭132只,随机分为3个处理组,每组3个重复.试验1组为地上平养组,每重复20只鸭,饲喂配合日粮;试验2,3组为稻-鸭生态种养组,按12只/667 m^2投放,每重复12只鸭.第2组饲喂配合日粮,饲喂量为第1组的60%;第3组饲喂稻谷,饲喂量为第1组的60%.试验期42 d.结果表明:1)稻-鸭生态种养组与地上平养组比较,鸭末重、日增重下降(P<0.01),料重比降低(P<0.01),尤以稻-鸭生态种养补充配合饲料组最好.2)与地上平养组比较,稻-鸭生态种养组鸭屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率下降(P>0.05),肌肉中水、蛋白质含量没有明显变化(P>0.05),但是肌肉粗脂肪含量下降(P<0.05),胸肌的熟肉率提高,失水率降低(P>0.05),腿肌的熟肉率、失水率没有显著变化(P>0.05),胸肌的肉色评分极显著提高(P<0.01),腿肌的肉色评分有所提高(P>0.05),表明稻-鸭生态种养鸭的肉品质有一定的改善.
132 21-day-old male Jin-ding ducks were randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 replicates. Group 1 was fed with just feed on ground and 20 birds each replicate, Group 2 and group 3 fell into the category of rice-duck system groups, with each group having 3 replicates (667 m^2 as a unit) and each repetition 12 ducks. Group 2 was fed with complete feed while group 3 was fed with paddy, the diet weight of each group was 60% that of group 1. The experimental period lasted 42 days. The results were as follows: (1) Compared to that of the group fed on ground , the ADG of rice-duck system groups also decreased, but the FIG of rice-duck system groups was decreased (P〈0.01) and the best group was rice-duck system group fed with complete feed (P〈0.01). (2) Compared to that of the group fed on ground, the percentage of carcass yield, eviscerated yield with giblet and eviscerated yield of rice-duck system groups decreased (P〉0.05); the moisture and crude protein of their muscle showed no change among groups(P〉0.05); the fat of the ducks decreased (P〈0.05); the percentage of cooked meat of their breast muscle increased , the percentage of water loss of their breast muscle showed decreased (P〉0.05); the percentage of cooked meat and water loss of their leg muscle showed no change (P〉0.05); As for the mark of meat color, their muscle had significantly improved (P〈0.01); while their leg muscle had slightly improved (P〉0.05). It indicated that the meat quality of ducks fed with rice-duck system technique were improved.
