摘要
将紫茎泽兰的乙醇提取物依次用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,萃取物对马铃薯晚疫病菌进行抑菌试验.结果表明,石油醚萃取物抑菌效果最好,抑菌率达100%.进一步采用不同梯度的混合有机溶剂对石油醚萃取物进行硅胶柱层析,抑菌试验结果表明,用石油醚:乙酸乙酯(8:1)、石油醚:乙酸乙酯(4:1)和甲醇试剂洗脱得到的有效物质,其抑菌效果最好,抑菌率达100%.
Extraction of Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng has the higher suppression effects on Phytophthora infestans (Mont.) de Bary. Corresponding extraction was obtained by extraction of Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng with petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate and normal butyl alcohol, followed by the subsequent steps: determination of the active ingredients of Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng derived from extraction of petroleum ether through the bacteriostasis, reuse of different of gradient mixed organic solvents to its concentration and the silica gel chromatographic analysis and ration collection. Through the bacteriostasis it is obviously revelaled that the centralized spot of the active ingredients of Eupatorium adenophorum Spreng, namely the elution of petroleum ether: ethyl acetate (8 : 1), the elution of petroleum ether: ethyl acetate(4 : 1).
