不同铜浓度的猪粪对玉米叶片蛋白质和氨基酸含量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 采用盆栽试验研究了不同铜浓度的猪粪对玉米叶片蛋白质、氨基酸含量的影响.供试猪粪为猪采食基础日粮添加铜250 mg/kg排出的粪,设每盆施猪粪100,200,300 g 3个试验组,对照组猪粪为猪采食基础日粮排出的粪,每盆施300 g.移栽3叶期玉米后10,20,30,40 d测定玉米叶片可溶性蛋白质含量、游离氨基酸总量和脯氨酸含量.结果表明,玉米移栽后10~20 d,叶片可溶性蛋白质、游离氨基酸总量显著高于对照组;玉米移栽后30~40 d,随着施用猪粪含铜浓度的增大和时间的延长,叶片可溶性蛋白质含量、游离氨基酸总量显著低于对照组,铜浓度越高,其含量下降越快;试验全期,随猪粪铜浓度的增加玉米叶片脯氨酸含量显著增加. A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of different levels of copper in pig feces on protein content in leaves of maize. Pig feces in 3 treatment groups came from those pigs fed with basal dietary supplemented 250 mg/kg Cu, and three different amounts: 100, 200, 300 g/pot were added into each treatment respectively. Pig feces of the controlling group were from those only fed with basal dietary, and 300 g was used in each pot. Contents of soluble protein, total free amino acid and proline in leaves were tested after 10, 20, 30, 40 days of the transplant of maize. The results showed that contents of soluble protein and total free amino acid in leaves were higher to controlling group from 10-20 d after planting.With time passing by, soluble protein content and total free amino acid content in leaves were obviously lower than those of the controlling group between 20 d after plantimg and 40 d after planting and decreased fast with the increasing of the levels of copper in pig feces, proline content in leaves increased with increasing the levels of copper in pig feces during the whole experiment time.
