摘要
实验采用Na2O、B2O3和SiO2为结合剂基本成分,添加CaO制备出低熔陶瓷结合剂。从结合剂用量和配方两个方面对金刚石——陶瓷结合剂进行了结合强度研究,结果表明,结合剂用量有一个最佳比例和在配方中粘土的加入对结合强度有较大的影响。
The authors prepared the vitrified binder with lower soft temperature by using Na2O、 B2O3、 SiO2 as basic ingredient and added some CaO as additive. By having studied the bonding strength of vitrified binder and diamond from the vitrified binder quantity and the ingredient, the results show that vitrified binder quantity has an optimal proportion and the clay added to the binder can influence the bonding strength.
