摘要
企业重组能否取得成功,关键在于企业之间的文化能否实现融合。本文从企业重组中易出现的冲突入手,着重分析了企业重组中企业文化冲突的表现,归纳总结了企业文化再造的四种模式:吸纳式、渗透融合式、文化隔离式、文化消亡与全面创新式,并指出了重组中企业文化再造的原则和策略。
The cultural integration is the key factor of the enterprise reorganization strategy. Based on expatiating the enterprise reorganization contradictions, this paper focuses on analyzing the culture conflicts in the enterprise reorganization, and summarizes four culture reconstruction models : assimilating, amalgamation, isolation, comprehensive innovation. At last, this paper notes the enterprise culture reconstruction principles and strategies.
