常规变电站综合自动化改造中的问题

Problems in Transforming Normal Power Substation Into Automatization

近年来,随着"两网"改造的深入和电网运行水平的提高,大量采用远方集中监视、控制等变电站综合自动化系统,既提高了劳动生产率,又减少了人为误操作的可能。但在综自改造过程中出现的问题比较多,涉及技术标准、设备性能、GPS对时、监控稳定性等多方面。文中结合变电站综自改过程中遇到的实际问题,做出相应分析,找出解决这些问题的合理方案,使得变电站综自改造技术进一步成熟化。

Along with the reconstrcution of the ＂two nets＇and the improvement of the power net running level, many power substation automatization systems with distance concentrated monitor and control have been adopted in recent years, which can both improve the labor productivity and reduce the possibility of error operation. But there exist many problems during the alteration, involving technical standard, equipment capability, GPS time synchronization and monitor stability. This paper analyzed the problems in the power substation alteration so as to obatain the solution to the problems and enable the alteration technique more mature.
