Energy-saving reconstruction of power boiler of Jiujiang petrochemical

九江石化动力锅炉自投产以来,炉内空气动力场恶化,空预器积灰漏风严重、低温省煤器严重磨损,已报大地影响锅炉的安全、经济、稳定运行。针对这些问题,在进行详细分析检查的基础上,实施了改造。通过更换燃烧器、加装风速检测装置以及改造对空预器和省煤器后,锅炉安全稳定能力增强。当年度实现安全连续运行151天,直接经济效益达2000余万元。

The power bolier did not work well since it has been put on production in Jiujiang petrochemical caused by several reasons as follows： 1.aerodynamic field deterioration 2.serious ash deposit and air leakage on air preheater 3. severe erosion of low temperature economizer.This paper analyzed problems in detail.Moreover,reformation on air heater and low temperature was carried out to ensure the bolier stale operation.
