摘要
建立了从百合鳞茎中提取3种植物内源激素的方法,并采用高效液相色谱法测定龙牙百合中的赤霉素(GA3)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)和脱落酸(ABA)等3种植物激素的含量,结果表明,该方法具有简单快捷,费用低等优点,适合对色素含量不高样品的快速测定。
To identify and determine plant hormones is very important in advanced studies on plant physiology and biochemistry. The paper is concerned with the conditions to determine Gibberellins acid, Indole - 3 - Acotic acid and Abscisic acid by HPLC. The method of extracting and determining the three kinds of plant hormones in lily bulbs was established. Results showed that the method was simple, fast and low cost. It could be used to fast determine the hormones content in sample which is low in pigment.
