摘要
作为系统模型方法的建模与仿真技术已经具备从系统局部到整体、从物理系统到事理系统、从现状到未来的描述能力及模型演示能力,对系统不同层次、不同目的模型的结构化组织获得的系统模型,对各种社会系统的建设发展可以起到预测、演示、验证和评估的作用,建立基于系统模型的有效的知识管理与进化管理机制,实现复杂社会系统进化的可靠、有效和平稳过渡。文中对系统模型的定义和作用的表述,有助于建立对系统模型及其方法的认识与重视,系统模型方法作为社会系统创新发展的理论基础和方法工具,也会得到进一步的发展。
As system model methodology,modeling and emulation technology has been able to describe and demonstrate the system,from its part to the whole,from physical to logical,from the present to its future.The system model,based on the organization of different layers and purposes of the system,can predict,demonstrate,verify and appraise the development of various social systems.The establishment of an effective knowledge-management and evolution-management system based on such a model system can help realize the reliable,effective and smooth transition of complex social systems.The present paper explains the definition and function of such system model with the aim of making people become aware of its importance.As the theoretical and methodological basis of innovative development of social systems,the system model methodology will see further development in the future.
