维吾尔医用药材苦艾挥发油的GC-MS分析

Study on the Chemical Constituents in the Essential Oil from Artemisia absinthium by GC-MS

目的分析维吾尔医用药材苦艾挥发油的化学成分与相对含量。方法利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取维吾尔医用药材苦艾挥发油成分,运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术,结合标准谱库鉴定。结果共鉴定了β-香叶烯(9.66%),里哪醇(3.10%),2-甲基-5-(1-甲基乙烯基)-2-环己烯-1-酮(4.01%),反-石竹烯(3.03%),1,2-二氢-1,4,6-三甲基萘(3.04%),榄香醇(3.02%),6-甲基-2,2’-联吡啶-N-氧化物(3.74%)等56个化学成分,占总油量的89.25%。结论苦艾挥发油的主要成分是β-香叶烯,研究苦艾药材挥发油成分,对进一步开发民族药材及品质控制具有十分重要的意义。

OBJECTIVE To analyse the chemical constituents and relative content of volatile oil from Artemisia absinthium L. METHODS The essential oil in the Artemisia absinthium L. was extracted by steam distillation method, the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from the herb were identified by GC-MS. RESULTS 56 compounds were identified,which accounted for over 89.25% of the volatile oil. The major components were beta-myrcene（9.66% ）, linalool（3.10% ） , 2-cyclohexen-l-one,2-methyl-5-（ 1-methyl- ethenyl） - （4.01%） , trans-caryophyllene（3.03% ） , naphthalene, 1,2-dihydro-1,4,6-trimethyl-（3.04% ） ,elemol（3.02% ） , 6-meth- yl-2,2,dipyridine N-oxide（3.74% ） ,etc. CONCLUSION The major chemical constituent was beta-myrcene. The study of Artemisia absinthium L. is of great importance to the development of medicinal substances and their quality control in ethnic minorities.
