摘要
目的测定甘露醇注射液含量。方法旋光法。结果应用硼砂作增旋剂,20℃19%～21%甘露醇注射液比旋度[α]2D0在+23～24°之间,平均回收率为99.67%,RSD为0.24%,与高碘酸钠法比较,结果无显著性差别(P>0.05)。结论方法稳定,简便易行,快速、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
OBJECTIVE To determine the Content of the Mannitol Injection. METHODS Using the polarimetry. RESULTS Borax was used for rotation enhancing agent ,the specific rotation of the Mannitol Injection was at ＋ 23 ～ 24° in the concentration range between 19% and 21%, The average recovery rate was 99.67%, RSD 0.24% （ n = 6）. CONCLUSION The method is stable, simple, rapid and accurate and might be used as quality controling method of preparation.
