衡山大桥体系转换施工方法及内力分析

System Conversion Construction Method of Hengshan Bridge and Its Inner Forces Analysis

摘要 分析了先简支后连续一次体系转换法施工中,边跨连接边梁和中梁的横隔板处出现裂缝的原因并提出解决方案。将多次体系转换运用到霍山县衡山大桥的施工中,通过力学的方法分析、研究了两种体系转换在结构中所产生的附加内力,说明了多次体系转换法是安全的,而且多次体系转换可使施工中的侧向挠曲及弯矩明显减少,以利于结构在运营阶段的受力状态。 In construction by once system conversion from simple supporting to continuous supporting, cracks in crossbeam connecting side beam and middle beam on border span appeared. The reasons were analyzed and the solution proposed. Repetitious system conversion will be adopted in Hengshan Bridge construction. Additional inner forces in contractures resulted in two kinds of system conversion were analyzed by mechanical method, which indicates that repetitious system conversion is safe, and sidewise deflection and bending moment during construction obviously reduced, which benefits structure support.
