摘要
剑门关景区具有独特的城墙式砾岩(主要为块状砾岩,或含砾砂岩)断崖景观,自中新世以来,受喜马拉雅运动、青藏高原逐渐隆起和龙门山推覆构造带活动的强烈影响,地层上升接受强烈的剥蚀,河流下切作用加强;在流水下蚀、重力崩坍等主要外动力的作用下,形成千姿百态的丹霞山岳、关隘和峡谷等系统和稀有的丹霞地貌旅游资源,具有极强的观赏性和浓厚的"三国文化"气息.据《国家地质公园总体规划工作指南》对其进行定性定量评价和百分评定法评价,认为其具备构建国家级地质公园的基本条件.
Jianmenguan tourism area is known for the unique bluff landscape of circumvallation consisting mainly of massive conglomerate, or pebbled sandstone. Since the Miocene epoch in the strong influence of Himalayan movement, the gradual uplift of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and the movement of Longrnenshan Fold and Thrust Zone, this area began to ascend and is intensively denuded. The river insision in this area is obvious. In the main exogenic geological process, such as the river incision and the gravity collapse, many systemic and unusual Danxia landform are formed in this area. The mountain, the pass and the canyon of Danxia provide intensively appreciation and deep impression of "Three Kingdoms". According to the standard of the Guide of Overall Planning of National Geopark, Jianmenguan tourism resources are evaluated by qualitative and quantitative means, and considered to develop into a national geopark.
