目的:探讨新的胃镜技术应用于Dieulafoy病的诊治价值。方法:总结166例Dieulafoy病的诊治经过并通过文献分析。结果:166例患者经胃镜确诊,并在胃镜监测下喷洒止血药及使用镍钛合金钛钳钳夹止血成功。结论:胃镜是诊断Dieulafoy病的主要手段,而内镜监测下喷洒止血药,联合镍钛合金钛钳钳夹止血是行之有效的方法。

Objective：To investigate the value of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of Dieulafoy disease. Methods：To summary the process of treatment and diagnosis of 166 cases Dieulafoy disease and refer to the clinic data before. Results：These cases diagnosed by the eddoscopy and hemostasis by sprinkling NE, Etamsylate and clamp with the help of endoscopy. Conclusion：Emergency endoscopic examination is the best way to diagnose Dieulafoy disease. Sprinflding NE, Etamsylate and clamping with the help of endoscopy is an efficient method.
