杏香兔耳风挥发油成分分析

Analysis of Volatile Oil Components From the Whole Plant of Ainsliaea Fragrans Champ

杏香兔耳风是菊科兔耳风属植物,民间以全草入药。本实验用水浸提法提取杏香兔耳风挥发油,并采用气相色谱-质谱(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)技术对不同产地及不同采收期的杏香兔耳风挥发油成分进行比较。

Ainsliaeafragrans Champ. belongs to Compositae Ainsliaea. The whole plant was used in folk recipe. Volatile oil of A.frangrans was extracted with water extraction in our study. We measured whether components of volatile oil from A. frangrans in varied areas and collection periods were same by means of gas chromatography - mass spectrometry （ GC - MS）.
