摘要
对淀粉酶和果胶酶用于棉织物退煮一浴法前处理进行了研究,并对加入纤维素酶和表面活性剂对退煮效果的影响进行了分析.结果表明淀粉酶和果胶酶退煮一浴法对棉织物进行前处理,在温度为60℃,浓度都为5g/L时,处理后棉织物的白度最好;加入纤维素酶后,织物的白度和润湿性能都有所增加,断裂强力稍有下降;助剂Tx-10和EDTA都对退浆和煮练起促进作用,EDTA的促进作用较好.
It is discussed in this paper that the pretreatment of fabric is treated by two kinds of enzyme in one bath. It is also studied that adding cellulose and surfactant to the bath has effect on coming unglued and desizing quality. The results show that the whiteness of cotton is the best at the temperature of 50 ℃ and concentration of 5 g/L. After adding the cellulose enzyme, the whiteness and wettability increases, but the tenacity decreases. The Tx-10 and EDTA has good effect on desizing and boiling-and the effect of EDTA is better.
