为加强电网企业固定资产投资项目的管理,提高企业投资决策水平和投资效益,2006年,宁夏电力公司按照国家电网公司要求对固定资产投资项目开展了后评价工作。本文对固定资产投资项目后评价意义、内容、方法作了阐述和小结,以供从事电网建设投资管理的相关人员借鉴,从而加强对建设项目的全过程管理,有效提高投资效益。

In order to intensify management to fixed assets investment project and improve investment decisionmaking level and benefit of the electric power grid enterprise, According to the demand of State Grid, Ningxia electric power corporation carried out the finished construction project evaluation for fixed assets investment in 2006. The paper illustrates the meaning, content and method of the finished construction project evaluation for fixed assets investment, provides experience for people engaged in power network＇s construction investment management, achieves the aims of intensifying whole process management of construction project and increasing investment benefit effectively.
