摘要 用新的工艺路线和制备方法研制定型的SB—7型耐硫变换催化剂,具有活性高、起活温度低、热稳定性好、堆密度小和生产工艺简单等优点。本文系统研究了添加剂的种类和用量、活性组份含量及各种制备工艺参数对催化剂性能的影响。测定了各种反应参数(温度、压力、空速、汽气比)及高温处理与催化活性的关系。比较了硫化温度和硫化时间在提高催化活性中的作用。在全低变流程中对SB—7催化剂进行了工业规模的考验。 The approved Type SB-7 sulfur tolerant shift catalyst made by a new process route and preparation method exhibits the advantages of high activity, low temperature for initiation of activity, good thermal stability, low bulk density and simple production process. The authors make a systematic study of the kinds of additives and their consumption, content of active components and effects of various process parameters in preparation on catalyst properties, determine the relation of various reaction parameters (temperature, pressure, space velocity, steam gas ratio) and high temperature treatment with catalytic activity, and describe the role of sulfurization temperature and time in improvement on catalytic activity. Type SB-7 catalyst is tested on an industrial scale in an all low temperature shift conversion process.
