摘要
对休哈塔假丝酵母初始菌株经过驯化筛选出一株TZ-8高产酒精菌株,研究了木糖初始浓度、温度、转速以及pH值对TZ-8菌株发酵产乙醇的影响.实验结果表明,最适发酵条件是木糖初始浓度为40g/L,温度为30℃,转速90-110r/min.初始pH4.5~5.0,乙醇产量为11.02g/L.木糖利用率达到86.9%.
By domesticating, separating and cultivating from initial Candida shehatae, an excellent strain TZ-8 was attained. The effects of the xylose mass concentration, the temperature, the rotating speed and the initial substrate pH value on the fermentation were studied. The results indicated that the opti- mum conditions were that the xylose mass concentration and the temperature should be 40 g/L and 30 ℃, the rotating speed and the initial substrate pH value should be kept between 90 and 110r/min and 4. 5~5.0 respectively. Under the optimum condition, the ethanol yield was 11.02 g/L and the rate of utilizing xylose arrived at 86.9%.
