一种新型基于硼-二吡咯亚甲基染料的高灵敏性、高选择性识别Na^+的荧光化学传感器 被引量:2

摘要 研究了3种新型的含稠合外环的硼-二吡咯亚甲基染料(BDP)的光谱和电化学性质.用荧光光谱滴定技术分别测试了在乙腈等强极性溶剂中两种中位为苯并冠醚亚单元取代的硼-二吡咯亚甲基染料对Na+离子和K+离子的响应能力.研究结果表明:在荧光团中含有吸电子酯基的BDP染料可望成为一种新型的具有高灵敏性和高选择性识别Na+离子的荧光化学传感器. The spectroscopic and electrochemical properties of three novel exocyclic ring-fused boron-dipyrromethene (BDP) dyes were studied. The spec.trofluorometric titrations were performed to examine their responsive abilities to sodium ion and potassium ion for two execyclic ring-fused boron-dipyrromethene (BDP) dyes with benzo crown ether subunit at meso-position in strong polar solvent such as acetonitrile. The obtained results indicated that the exocyclic ring-fused boron-dipyrromethene (BDP) dye with benzo crown ether subunit at meso-position by the introduction of the electron withdrawing ester groups to the chromophore can be expected as a novel fluorescent chemosensor for high selective recognition to Na^+ with high sensitivity.
