摘要
麻醉手术过程中患者体温下降是临床常见的并发症，可对机体产生许多不利影响，但其导致的某些生理特性也可对机体提供一定的保护作用，目前临床针对控制性低体温的利弊和具体实施方法都进行了大量的研究，力图找到一种最佳的控温方法给患者带来最大的益处。
Hypothermia is one of the most common complications during anesthesia which may bring some harmful effects on body＇s physiologic functions. But some characteristics of hypothermia could bring a fantastic protection. Several clinical trials researching on its advantages and disadvantages were in progress. Physiologists and clinical experts are pursuit the best way to implement hypothermia.
