制霉菌素炉甘石洗剂联合氟康唑治疗念珠菌性包皮、龟头炎的疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察制霉菌素炉甘石洗剂联合氟康唑治疗念珠菌性包皮、龟头炎疗效。方法将136例念珠菌性包皮、龟头炎患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各68例。治疗组外涂制霉菌素炉甘石洗剂,3~4次/d,同时口服氟康唑150mg,1次/周;对照组口服氟康唑150mg,1次/周。疗程均为2周。结果治疗组和对照组的痊愈率、有效率有统计学差异(P<0.01),分别为94.12%、98.53%和76.47%、88.24%。结论制霉菌素炉甘石洗剂联合氟康唑治疗念珠菌性包皮、龟头炎比单用氟康唑疗效好。
