江苏省高校高水平运动队发展现状研究

Present Situation Investigation on Athletics Team of Colleges in Jiangsu Province

运用文献资料法、调查访问法对江苏省高校高水平运动队发展现状进行分析,发现在生源渠道、训练状况、教练资源,执教水平、办队经费等方面存在不足,并提出相应的对策:完善招生制度、加强对运动员的思想和业务管理、建立高校校际体育竞赛体系、高水平运动队教练员的引进与培养、规范运动队管理制度、高水平运动队竞赛市场化。

Analyzing the development of sports teams of JiangSu through literature and questionnaire methods. The recruit of students.the case of train, the resources of trainers, the standard of the trains, the funds of the team must be improved. There are some tactics ：implement of the channel of students.enforcement of the ideas and technology of the students, the building of systems of competition, the case of trainers, the management of the sports teams, the high sports teams opening to the market.
