摘要
目的:研究骨科术后切口感染病原菌的分布及耐药性,指导抗生素合理应用。方法:回顾性分析骨科术后切口感染患者临床标本常规病原菌培养及药敏试验结果。结果:共调查1385例手术患者,感染89例,感染率6.43%。送检246份标本,分离出病原菌96株,其中革兰阳性菌51株,占53.13%,主要为葡萄球菌;革兰阴性菌44株,占45.83%,主要为铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌。真菌1株,占1.04%。分离菌株对临床常用抗生素表现为不同程度的耐药性。结论:骨科术后切口感染病原菌种类多,加强致病菌的分离与耐药性检测,有助于感染的防治。
Objective: To investigate the distribution of infection pathogens of post - operative incisional wound in orthopedic patients and th'eir drug resistance to guide the use of antibiotics in clinics. Methods: A retrospective study about the cuhivation and antimicrobial susceptibility test of germs collected front clinical specimens of post - operative incisional wound in orthopedic patients. Resuits: 1385 patients were investigated, in which 89 accompanied with infections (6.43%). From 246 specimens 96 strains of pathogentic bacteria were separated. Out of them, 51 stains were Gram - positive bacteria and took 53.13%, among which tile majority was staphylococci; 44 strains were Gram - negative bacteria and took 45.83%, among which the preceding were pseudomona aeruginosa and escherichia colt; 1 strains was fungi and took 1. 04%. The isolates showed drug resistance to some extent to some antibiotics which were commonly uscd in clinical treatment. Conclusions: The species of post - operative infection pathogens of incisional wound in orthopedics clinics is various. It is worth scparating the germs and detecting their drug resistance in favour of preventing post - operative infections and anti -post- operative infectious in clinics.
