摘要
介绍了CDMA基站RF功率放大器的基本组成以及预失真技术在放大器中的应用,通过重新分布连接器的位置,改变延迟线的长度从而消除相位偏差。对改善前后的测试数据进行对比,证明了提出改善工艺的方案是有效的,为提高基站RF功率放大器良品率奠定了基础。
The basic configuration of the radio frequency (R.F) power amplifier for code division multiple access (CDMA) base station is introduced and the pre-distortion technology is used for the power amplifier design. Through proper locating of the connectors and changing the length of the delay lines, the phase deviation is minimized. The test results show that the improvement measures are efficient. This provides a solid basis for raising the good product rate of radio frequency power amplifier for base station.
