摘要 运动目标检测跟踪是一项新兴热点技术,其处理的主要对象是视频影像数据,核心是实现对视频影像数据中运动物体的检测及跟踪。以机载视频数据为研究对象,对这项技术进行了较为深入的分析。将运动目标检测跟踪技术划分为视频影像预处理、目标检测及运动跟踪3个功能部分,并分别分析与之相关的技术方法,阐明该类问题的解决思路和探索方向。 Moving Object detection and tracking was a rising technology which processed the video data mainly. The basic purpose was the realization of the moving object detection and tracking in video image sequences. In this paper, a detailed and analysis of the technology was processed, based on airborne video image data. As a whole, the technology was divided into three functional parts, which included video preprocessing, motion detection and target tracking, and the technical methods about them were researched respectively.
