Legislative Reflections on the Law of Underworld Crimes Penalty

我国现行反黑刑事法律对于惩治黑社会犯罪起了积极和建设性的作用,但同时也必须看到,现行法律仍存在着一些亟待完善的地方。针对目前反黑实际,应制订反黑单行刑事法律。我国港澳台地区的反黑刑事立法,对于制订大陆地区反黑单行刑事法律,无疑具有重要的参考价值。

The current law on underworld crimes penalty plays an active and constructive role in combating underworld crimes. However, the current law has certain defects and needs to be improved. In accordance with the reality of underworld crimes combating, a criminal law on anti-underworld crime shall be set up. The criminal law on anti-underworld crime in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan region is of great value for mainland to draw up the relevant laws.
