影响硬质粘土熟料体积密度的因素及改进措施

摘要 王村铝土矿对生产过程进行分析,发现引起硬质粘土熟料体积密度下降的原因是矿石性质发生变化、窖内保温时间缩短以及工人操作不当等.通过采取强化矿石分仓、分烧制度、稳定产量、严格操作制度等措施,熟料产品体积密度达到2.57g/cm3,煅烧合格率保持在94.0%水平. Through analysing the production process of wangcun bauxite mine,found that decreasing reason of volumn density of hard clay grog is the change of ore property,short maintaining temperature time in kiln and non reasonable operation etc.Because making use of these measures ,such as stregthening separation ore into bin,establishing separation calcination system,establishing strict operation regulation,etc,the volumn density of hard clay grog is up to 2 57g/cm 3,calcinating percent of pass is maintained in a level of 94 0%.
