摘要
注塑机拉杆和模板是重要的承载零件,易因设计不良而发生早期断裂或出现裂纹的现象。本文采用整体有限元分析方法对肘杆式注塑机的拉杆和模板进行应力分析,并就分析结果对注塑机拉杆与模板的设计提出了改进措施。
The tie-bars and platens of a plastic injection machine are important parts of carrying load. Premature failure and crack often occur to them if they were not designed elaborately. This paper utilized the finite element analysis method of an integrated model to analyze the stresses of tie-bars and platens of a plastic injection machine with toggle damping unit., and provide credible warrant for improving the design of tie-bars and platens of a plastic injection according to the result of analysis.
