摘要
在例行清理螺杆压缩机C101/1入口过滤器的过程中,发现入口结晶严重,为了保障机组安全平稳运行,遂对压缩机系统进行了解体清理,经回装试运正常。同时为谨慎起见又对备机C101/2的入口进行了清理检查,但未发现类似结晶的问题。理论分析、现场试验和操作记录均显示结晶物是硫结晶,实践证明上游催化裂化装置乙醇胺系统的正常操作对螺杆压缩机系统瓦斯的结晶与否起着至关重要的作用。
Heavy crystallization of sulfur was found during regular clean of inlet filter before the screw compressor C101/1.In order to pro- vide securable running of the compressor,it was cleaned in the mode of disassembled,and a well running has been provided without crystalliza- tion from then on.Meantime full attentions have been paid for stand—by filter C101/2,cleaning and checking was done and no crystallization was found.From the theoretical analysis,on—site test and operating record all show that the crys- tal is from sulfur.The Practice has proven if the ethanolamine system of upstream FCC unit oper- ated correctly is of great concern to gas crystal in screw compressor system.
