摘要
针对洛阳石化聚丙烯有限责任公司造粒机组扩能改造中出现的动力负载过高影响正常生产的问题,对造粒机组进行了技术分析,提出了扩大模板物料流体通道截面积的改造方案并顺利进行了造粒机模板国产化的技术改造。改进后对模板试运行中出现的问题进行了处理,使造粒机组在节能和高负荷平稳运行方面取得了良好的效果。
Analysis was made on the pelletizer train since it could not operated normally with dynamic overload after capacity extension to the pelletizer train of Polypropylene Plant of Luoy- ang Petrochemical Incorporation and a modifica- tion portion for extending cross—section area of template material fluid paths was proposed, which provided a smooth technological modifica- tion for home—made pelletizer and a good effect of modified pelletizer train has been obtained in the respects of energy saving,stable operation under high capacity.
